OPACity – Obfuscation: Proofs, Attacks & Candidates

Eurocrypt affiliated event. May 19, 2019, Darmstadt

The foundational study of obfuscation has had a huge impact on cryptography, enabling numerous cryptographic applications, many of which were previously unimaginable. However, it remains unclear whether secure obfuscation even exists at all. The goal of the OPACity workshop is to inform the community on the state of the art in obfuscation –proofs, attacks, and candidates– as well as to advance research on the topic.
